Exchange and Return
If you need to send any items back for exchange or return, you must do so within 14 days from the date on which you received your order. Please indicating clearly on the receipt which particular item(s) you would like to exchange or return, and send the item(s) back to our office address:

All items must be returned new, unused and with all Giordano and garment hangtags still attached.

Products that have been altered using our alteration service) cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

To minimize courier transit times and the chance of goods becoming lost, you are advised to use EMS or Shun Fung courier services. Regarding exchanges, you will need to bear the one-way courier fee sending the item(s) to our offices.

As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.
Repeated Returns
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
